WARRANTY – LIMITATIONS OR LIABILITY: Johnson Berry Farm warrants that goods shipped will conform to the order terms accepted by us and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Purchaser’s sole remedy in the event of warranty claim shall be either the recovery of the purchase price of the defective product or a substitution of a conforming product, at Johnson Berry Farm’s option. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, This section sets forth the only warranty applicable to the goods purchased herein: and no other warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty or merchantability of fitness shall apply to the goods, all such warranties being hereby disclaimed by purchaser. Written notice of any claim for defective or product shortage shall be delivered by purchaser to Johnson Berry Farm within 7 days of receipt of order. In the absence of such notice, purchaser will be deemed to have waived all such claims.

Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours upon receipt of shipment. Upon Carrier notification, hold on to all merchandise, packing material and containers. Once the damaged products are inspected by the Carrier they will issue a damage inspection report which will be forwarded to Johnson Berry Farm. If carrier approves damages a damage claim number will be issued and Johnson Berry Farm will issue you a credit for the approved damage amount, usually in the manner the payment was received.

Items may be returned for any reason within (10)days of receipt of order provided the items are returned undamaged and unopened with the original packing materials and documentation. Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
